Your Role as L2 Application Support The L2 Application Support position is responsible for the support of a vast range of SaaS applications running within the WMQ ecosystem, resolving issues that arise quickly with quality as well as driving continuous improvement across the platforms, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and product success. You will also: Apply critical thinking to break down complex problems and recommend well-reasoned, timely solutions. Drive system investigations and resolutions with urgency and accountability, minimizing impact on users and operations. Manage SaaS system configurations, user permissions, and integrations with precision and consistency. Coordinate testing, releases, and deployments, ensuring all changes are thoroughly reviewed and executed flawlessly under deadlines. Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to accelerate resolution times and drive continuous improvement. Respond to incidents according to ITIL-aligned processes to ensure rapid service recovery, including during after-hours and on-call periods. Escalate, coordinate, and resolve incidents involving internal teams and external vendors. Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support roster.
