They specialise in lubrication systems, workshop fit-outs, and premium equipment solutions for a range of industries with a strong focus on innovation, quality and customer service. You will be involved in, but not limited to: Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, workshop owners, and industry stakeholders. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets in line with company goals. Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with prospective clients and partners. Market Analysis: Conduct industry and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management. To be successful, you will have: Proven experience in business development within the automotive industry. An Automotive trade background with a strong understanding of workshop operations and automotive industry trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines and proposed KPI'S Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required. Hours and Rate: Day shift hours: Monday to Friday, 38hr week Hourly rate: Package is $100K - $120K plus super depending on experience with company vehicle, credit card, fuel card & tools to do the role provided.
