About the Role Chubb Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our National Key Accounts team. This role is critical to strengthening long-term partnerships with our existing Fire, Security and Monitoring customers , ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth across our national portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, driving value from our solutions while identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of National Key Account customers , ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Develop a deep understanding of customer environments, business needs, and risk profiles. Identify and execute growth and cross-sell opportunities within existing Fire, Security, and Monitoring customers. Partner with Sales, Operations, Service, and Monitoring teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes. Lead regular customer reviews, performance meetings, and strategic planning sessions. Proactively manage issues, risks, and escalations to protect and strengthen customer relationships. Track and report on customer health, retention metrics, and revenue growth within your account base. Ensure contractual obligations and service delivery standards are met or exceeded. About You Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management , ideally within Fire, Security, Facilities, or a technical services environment. Strong track record of retaining and growing revenue within existing customer portfolios. Commercially astute with the ability to identify and convert expansion opportunities. Confident communicator with experience engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple national accounts.
