Opportunities to support community partnerships with our Group CMV Foundation Enjoy annual company dinners and picnics Duties & Responsibilities Process 7-day creditor invoices and arrange payment Prepare and process EFTs as required Prepare and post general journals as required Assist with month end closing Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues by liaising with suppliers as necessary Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Run EOM debtor statements Prepare banking when required Bank statements reconciliations Internal and external mail coordination Maintain petty cash and prepare reimbursement when required Ordering and maintaining stationery Handle and manage expiation notices Process employee reimbursements as required Set up of new accounts (debtor/creditor) as required Maintain Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) reporting Maintain and reconcile fuel usage Raise miscellaneous invoices as required Coverage of other administration job functions as required Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in accounts administration Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Effective time management and organisational abilities Solid numerical and analytical skills Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Who is Mercedes-Benz Adelaide?
