Key Responsibilities: Preparing and distributing board and committee meeting agendas. Taking accurate minutes and maintaining meeting records. Tracking and following up on actions arising from meetings. Supporting board and committee governance processes. Assisting with governance framework documentation and maintenance. Coordinating logistics and documentation for board and committee meetings. Providing general project and governance administration support. About You: Experience supporting boards or committees in a governance or executive support capacity. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
