We're on the lookout for a Major Loss Claims Manager to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team in Adelaide on a permanent full-time basis. What you’ll do · Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value claims across various stages. · Deliver empathetic, clear, and consistent communication to customers throughout the claims journey. · Liaise proactively with stakeholders (assessors, repairers, suppliers) to ensure smooth claim progression. · Implement effective conflict resolution strategies to reduce customer escalations. · Identify and support customers experiencing vulnerability. · Ensure claims stay on track and are aligned to positive outcomes through timely interventions. What We’re Looking For Essential Experience · Minimum 10 months’ experience as a Terri Scheer Claims Manager.
