Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Roofing Maintenance Supervisor to join our Hervey Bay team servicing projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Support Site Supervisor teams with new and existing Roofing projects Strong commitment to WH&S Measure and order Flashings and roofing materials Install and repair flashings, fascia & gutter and metal roofing Attend sites to resolve minor leaks or roofing issues Liaise with builders and sub-contractors to finalise works and complete jobs Skills & Attributes: Comfortable working at heights and accurately measuring roofing products Experience in the Metal Roofing industry Solid understanding of the building and roofing process Ability to schedule jobs, coordinate sub-contractors and manage material deliveries Strong communication skills with builders and sub-contractors High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Physically fit and able to perform a labour-intensive role Honest, reliable and able to build strong partnerships Current Driver’s Licence Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart!
