This is a long-running, multi-stage project with multiple tenancies, offering genuine stability and the chance to own the role end-to-end as the sole CA on site – from procurement through to delivery. Ideal for someone looking to base themselves permanently on the Sunshine Coast, this role lets you step away from Brisbane travel while still working on a complex, high-quality commercial build. You’ll be supported by a fully resourced site team, with a strong delivery pipeline in place well beyond this project.
