We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Roofing Scheduler & Coordinator to join our Hervey Bay team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment and enjoys working closely with both customers and contractors. RESPONSIBILITIES Submit roofing plans to our estimating team. Prepare and finalise quotes for domestic supply and fit roofing projects. Communicate with customers and process roofing orders. Liaise with Site Supervisors and subcontractors to support on-site project delivery. Ensuring schedules for roofing works are met. Achieving the timelines required by our customers. Uphold and contribute to a safe working environment. Opportunity to grow into a supervisor or on-site project role. ABOUT YOU Knowledge of the building and/or roofing industry. Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Calm under pressure and solutions focused. A team player with a strong work ethic. Hold or be willing to obtain a White card.
