A multidisciplinary building services consultancy is seeking a skilled Mechanical Drafter to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, supporting the delivery of coordinated, high-quality mechanical services design. The Role Produce detailed mechanical building services drawings using Revit Develop models, plans, sections, schematics, schedules and construction documentation Translate engineering concepts, mark-ups and sketches into accurate designs Coordinate with electrical, hydraulic, structural and architectural disciplines Contribute to HVAC layouts, equipment selection and duct/pipe routing Maintain drawing standards, model integrity and documentation workflows Assist with revisions, RFIs and updates across project stages About You Proven experience in mechanical building services (essential) Strong Revit capability within MEP / mechanical services environments Sound understanding of HVAC systems and multidisciplinary coordination Ability to work full-time in an office-based role Strong communication skills and collaborative approach High attention to detail with a commitment to documentation accuracy What’s On Offer Exposure to a broad range of technically engaging projects Collaborative, team-focused environment Stable, long-term position with career development opportunities Competitive salary aligned with experience contact Kyla Nash 0423 419 396 k.nash@aspectpersonnel.com.au
