Prime Mover Mechanic Location: Truganina, VIC Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Pay Rate: $40–$50 per hour (PAYG) Super Overtime Tool Allowance Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am – 3:00 pm TRS Resourcing is partnering with a well-established, modern transport company to recruit an experienced Prime Mover Mechanic to join their workshop team in Truganina. This is a stable, long-term opportunity working on a large, well-maintained fleet within a professional workshop environment. The Role Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, preventative maintenance, and repairs across a fleet of prime movers and transport trailers. The position offers consistent weekday hours with overtime available. Key Responsibilities Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing Diagnosis and fault-finding Repairs and component replacement Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards Maintaining accurate service records About You: We are seeking mechanically minded professionals who can work independently and efficiently in a busy workshop environment. You will ideally have experience working on: Prime movers Transport Trailer Equipment However, candidates with backgrounds in: Agricultural machinery Civil equipment Fixed plant Heavy diesel equipment are encouraged to apply.
