About the Role The National Account Manager is ‘subject matter expert’ for a key Client (Insurer). The National Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship management and performance outcomes for the Client. This includes fostering effective internal relationships to achieve operational outcomes. The overall aim is to drive performance outcomes as well as grow potential business from the client for BBS & Linx Restoration Services nationally. Key Requirements: Act as the primary national contact for insurer clients and performance leads Monitor and analyse KPIs, scorecards and service outcomes Lead performance improvement initiatives across national and state teams Manage escalated matters relating to time, cost, quality and warranty Provide quarterly forecasting on claim volumes, margins and growth opportunities Identify and drive business development opportunities within existing accounts Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including the General Insurance Code of Practice Deliver client-specific training and promote continuous process improvement Knowledge and Experience Construction/Insurance background preferred Proven Account Management experience within Insurance or Insurance Building Strong understanding of claims, repair or restoration environments Highly analytical with intermediate Excel capability Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation and dispute resolution Commercially minded with the ability to influence performance outcomes Confident presenting data and insights to senior stakeholders Results-driven and motivated to grow national accounts Why join us?
