What you’ll be doing Step into real ownership and impact immediately: manage and drive your own portfolio of complex, high-stakes litigation files while shaping strategy at the highest level. This is work with real purpose, guiding clients through intense legal, commercial, and reputational challenges. Investigate and build cases involving fraud, dishonest conduct, breaches of fiduciary and contractual duties Draft and polish top-tier pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and advocacy materials Develop sophisticated case theories in partnership with leading barristers Appear confidently in mediations, directions hearings, interlocutory applications, and contested matters Advise and support clients facing significant pressure and high-consequence decisions What you’ll bring 5–7 years PQE in commercial litigation Proven track record running contested hearings, managing complex evidence, and driving matters independently Outstanding written advocacy, crystal-clear analytical reasoning, and persuasive communication Confidence and poise when dealing directly with clients in high-stakes, sensitive disputes A passion for challenging, meaningful work and a commitment to delivering exceptional results Interested in this position?
