Responsibilities: Provide strategic legal advice to clients facing various types of disputes, helping them make informed decisions and move forward with confidence Assist in developing and implementing decisive action plans for dispute resolution Handle a diverse range of disputes, including: Contract disputes Business disputes Misleading and deceptive conduct disputes Tax disputes Employment disputes Real estate and leasing disputes Professional negligence disputes Trust disputes Manage litigation and court proceedings, preparing necessary documents and representing clients in court when required Facilitate alternative dispute resolution processes, particularly mediation Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies Draft clear, practical, and strategic advice for clients Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners on complex dispute cases Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the dispute resolution process Contribute to the firm's knowledge base on dispute resolution strategies and best practices About You: Hold a law degree and be admitted to practice in Victoria.
