The Role Based in our Brisbane office and reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and optimising our end-to-end supply chain, procurement and logistics functions. You will drive commercial performance, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure our systems, inventory and logistics frameworks are aligned to support both current operations and future growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and embed safe, compliant and efficient supply chain and logistics practices Develop and implement procurement strategies, contract management frameworks and supply chain plans Establish and manage key vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance and compliance Oversee logistics, inventory optimisation, expediting and asset fleet management Drive continuous improvement across procurement systems, reporting and operational processes Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for the function Support operational teams through effective planning and cross-functional collaboration Audit and review supply chain effectiveness and ensure governance and compliance requirements are met Qualifications and Experience Required: Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related discipline Chain of Responsibility certification 15 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics leadership roles Significant experience within the oil and gas or hydrocarbons sector (onshore and/or offshore) Strong commercial, contract negotiation and vendor management expertise Demonstrated experience managing budgets, financial reporting and business planning A continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical capability Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills What We Offer: At GR Production Services, we are committed to delivering excellence across the energy and resources sector.
