Based in Pinkenba, this role provides essential operational support to ensure the effective delivery of our health, wellbeing, and injury management initiatives across the business. About the Role This is a key coordination position designed to streamline our workplace health services. Working within a professional and supportive team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and logistics that support our military, civil aviation, and corporate business units. What You'll Be Doing As the Health Program Coordinator, you will: Manage the logistics, scheduling, and tracking of health and wellbeing initiatives across multiple locations. Administer health monitoring records and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure ongoing compliance. Provide administrative assistance for early intervention and return-to-work programs, including maintaining accurate documentation and timelines. Serve as a point of contact for external service providers to coordinate on-site activities such as physiotherapy, vaccinations, and health checks. Maintain health and safety databases, ensuring all information is handled with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy. About You To thrive in this role, you'll bring: Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or coordination role where managing schedules and logistics was a primary focus. The ability to prioritise tasks effectively, from tracking individual files to coordinating site-wide programs. Confidence using databases and both Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google suites to manage records and reporting. A professional but personable communication style and the ability to handle sensitive information with total confidentiality. A self-starter attitude with a focus on improving processes and ensuring "the job gets done."
