About the Role This short-term, full-time personal leave cover contract is for the role of Personal Assistant to the Head of Junior High School. In this position, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Junior High School. Your responsibilities will include managing daily clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining confidential records, and supporting the Head of Junior High School in both operational and strategic matters. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality is essential in this role. Contract Tenure: 20 April 2026 – 26 June 2026. Your Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Administrative Support – Manage calendars, correspondence, documentation, and confidential records. Communication & Liaison – Serve as primary contact for parents, students, staff, and support the Deputy Head and Year Level Coordinators. Event Coordination – Organise Junior High events, camps, award ceremonies, and College activities. Student & Financial Administration – Handle student records, leave requests, budgets, and purchase orders.
