The Opportunity We’re looking for a seasoned fundraising and marketing leader who can think strategically, build meaningful major donor relationships, manage an annual cycle of campaigns and help our clients grow sustainably. This is a senior, part-time role (3 to 4 days per week), based in either Brisbane or Sydney, with flexibility built in. You’ll work directly with clients and alongside our national team of specialists. You will be trusted with both big-picture strategy and high-value relationships. What You’ll Do Develop and lead integrated fundraising and marketing strategies Shape and grow major donor and mid-value giving programs Personally steward and strengthen key major donor relationships Advise our client partners on donor / fundraising growth strategy Design donor journey frameworks and engagement pathways Oversee multi-channel campaigns (print, digital, events, direct engagement) Analyse performance data and refine strategy for long-term sustainability Mentor fundraising team members and manage client stakeholder relationships You’ll bring clarity, direction and momentum to organisations that care deeply about their mission. Who You Are You’re strategic, relational and commercially astute — but you’re also deeply motivated by faith and purpose. You’re comfortable in conversation with major donors and equally confident advising Boards. You know how to articulate vision, build trust and invite investment into purpose-driven work. You will bring: Significant senior experience in fundraising and/or marketing leadership Demonstrated success in major donor strategy and stewardship Experience holding and growing high-value donor relationships Strong strategic capability — and the discipline to execute Confidence influencing at executive and Board level Ideally, experience in Christian or faith-based organisations and a personal alignment with Christian values and a desire to see faith-based organisations flourish Why Wild Hive?
