Managing a varied caseload across property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements and divorce . Draft and negotiate agreements/court documents. Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development. The ideal candidate: 5 years PQE and have a sound understanding of the Family Law Act. Excellent drafting and advocacy skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Ability to manage matters with confidence and empathy.
