Responsibilities : Expertly manages and leads kitchen operations with confidence and precision Design innovative, trend-driven dishes and special event menus Cater to diverse dietary requirements with expertise Uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive workplace Keep costs under control without compromising quality About You: Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered) Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided) Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in leading a similar banquets and functions role (hotel background preferable) Thrive under pressure, staying calm and in control while keeping everything running smoothly.
