Develop and implement strategies to enhance the cafe's profitability and guest satisfaction. Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Conference & Events: Manage the operational planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and events. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations. Ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen, service staff, and event organizers. Uphold high standards of service during events, exceeding guest expectations. You will also be responsible for: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
