Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently. Assist management to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs. Assist the team with general responsibilities during service. Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards. Skills & Experience Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA) Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors Experience working in supervisory role preferable Experience working in a Bar (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.
