You’ll be liaising with staff and clients, supporting our accounting team, and ensuring smooth delivery of services. No two days will be the same! Key Responsibilities Provide general administration support including phone and email communication Deliver exceptional client service to internal and external stakeholders Work closely with Partners, Managers and Accountants Maintain regular contact with clients (in person and over the phone) Set up new clients and update details in databases and portals Support Accountants to ensure work meets quality standards Provide administrative support to the wider team and Office Manager Manage documentation and records Schedule client appointments Check MyGov and ATO portals Assist with ad hoc administration tasks About you You are a professional who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect and Enthusiasm) and wants to grow within a supportive team environment. Ideally, you bring: Prior experience in administration or client services (a positive attitude matters more than experience) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Customer service experience Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom; MYOB experience is an advantage Confident written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Eagerness to learn and develop new skills High level of personal presentation and professionalism Organised, with strong planning skills Client‑focused with a helpful and positive attitude About Us Moore Australia is a leading independent network of accountants, auditors, and advisors with firms across Australia.
