Facility Manager | Residential Aged Care | Coffs Harbour An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced aged care clinical leader to take ownership of care delivery within a well-established 100 bed residential facility in the Coffs Harbour region. Reporting directly to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, this is a pivotal senior role responsible for leading clinical operations, driving quality outcomes and ensuring full compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. As Facility Manager you will lead and oversee all clinical operations across the facility, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will be responsible for: Leading and supporting a highly trained clinical team of Care Manager and Care staff Driving accreditation readiness and maintaining strong relationships with the Commission Embedding clinical governance, risk management and continuous improvement systems Partnering closely with the CEO and Executive Team on strategic and operational initiatives This is a full-time, site-based leadership role offering genuine influence and autonomy.
