Partner Success Manager At MATTR, we build digital trust infrastructure that helps organisations issue and verify trusted information in a privacy- preserving way. Our platform supports decentralised identity and verifiable data, enabling people to prove things about themselves without handing over more data than necessary. We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to drive partner-led customer success by connecting commercial objectives and account strategy with delivery execution. You will keep partner and customer engagements active and progressing, establish and manage success plans, coordinate the right internal support to unblock delivery and integrations, and ensure outcomes are realised. This role suits someone who enjoys maintaining momentum, aligning stakeholders, and turning strategy into execution in a fast-moving B2B technology environment. What you'll be doing Partner & Customer Success Execution Maintain momentum across partner and customer engagements by setting clear next steps, owners, timelines, and governance cadences Partner with commercial stakeholders to ensure clean handovers from sale to delivery (scope, expectations, success criteria) Develop and manage structured success plans, including outcomes, milestones, adoption activities, risks, and value realisation measures Proactively manage expectations, escalate risks early, and maintain alignment across stakeholders Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate internal teams (Solutions, Product, Engineering, Delivery) to unblock integrations and drive issues to resolution Ensure actions and insights are followed through, maintaining accountability and progress Product Insight & Continuous Improvement Maintain strong knowledge of product capabilities and recommended implementation approaches Capture evidence-based feedback from real-world usage and translate it into structured, actionable insights Support process improvements, enablement materials, and repeatable patterns that strengthen future delivery What you brin g Experience in partner/customer success, account management, delivery coordination, or similar B2B customer-facing roles Experience defining and managing success plans that drive adoption and measurable outcomes Strong stakeholder and commercial skills, with the ability to manage expectations and maintain momentum across multiple parties Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to unblock delivery and resolve issues Strong understanding of product capabilities and ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and feedback Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advantageous Experience working in partner-led delivery models (SIs, channel partners) Experience supporting complex technical platforms or enterprise integrations Experience with value realisation frameworks, renewals/expansion motions, or commercial forecasting Why you'll love working with us Work with a mission-driven team pioneering in a future-forward domain.
