In this key role, you will: Implement efficient, customer‑centred rostering and scheduling systems Analyse data and performance metrics to drive smarter workforce allocation Provide high‑quality reporting and forecasting insights Ensure compliance with legislation, industrial agreements and internal standards Partner closely with Neighbourhood Leaders to support KPIs relating to customer satisfaction and team productivity You’ll be joining a purpose‑driven organisation where your expertise directly supports the delivery of exceptional care to Queensland communities.
