Job Description We have a new opportunity for an Operations Consultant to join our fast-paced team and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workforce coverage and operational efficiency within our Recruitment Nursing team . You will work independently day-to-day, managing priorities and making confident decisions while collaborating closely with consultants, clients, and nursing staff. Your focus will be on rostering, filling shifts quickly, and ensuring continuity of care across multiple sites. This is a high-volume, very fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in an environment where there are constant calls, shifting priorities, and multiple tasks happening at once. You’ll be managing a high number of calls each day, responding to urgent requests, and ensuring shifts are filled efficiently and accurately. To deliver operational excellence, you will also: Coordinate and manage high-volume rostering across multiple healthcare sites Manage a significant number of inbound and outbound calls daily Monitor workforce availability and proactively address coverage gaps Manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment Work autonomously while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders Ensure compliance and booking requirements are met at all times Let's talk you! As an Operations and Recruitment Consultant , you are organised, resilient, and energised by a busy desk. You are confident working independently and taking ownership of your workload, while still being a strong team player. You bring previous experience in rostering, workforce coordination, scheduling, recruitment, or high-volume administration, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. You are confident managing a high volume of daily calls, maintain strong attention to detail and accurate data entry, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and the resilience to stay calm under pressure complete your profile. Experience within healthcare or nursing recruitment will be highly regarded.
