We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join a growing business and lead the end-to-end supply chain across Australia. Based at the Canning Vale head office, this hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building structure, and mentoring a team to deliver continuous improvement. The role will oversee the supply of high-volume, critical products to the mining sector, where accuracy, reliability, and efficiency are essential. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive DIFOT performance, optimise stock holding, and strengthen procurement processes while leading a team responsible for day-to-day ordering. This critical role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, streamlining systems, and managing inventory to support the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain including procurement, purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance • Drive DIFOT improvements and implement initiatives to enhance on-time delivery • Optimise stock levels to balance availability and working capital • Develop purchasing strategies to support national growth • Lead and mentor three direct reports managing daily ordering • Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate terms • Identify process improvements and efficiencies • Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance to sustain company growth Key Requirements • Proven end-to-end supply chain, procurement, or purchasing experience • Experience contributing to growth within a medium-sized business • Track record improving DIFOT and inventory performance • Leadership experience managing small teams • Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills • Hands-on operator who can work strategically and operationally If you are an experienced, hands-on supply chain professional ready to make a tangible impact, we encourage you to apply using the link provided or contact Joe Norris on 0435 319 727 for a confidential discussion.
