With a strong reputation for operational excellence and safety leadership, they are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead their transport function based in Perth's eastern suburbs. Description Reporting to senior leadership, the Fleet Manager will oversee all aspects of fleet operations, driver management, compliance, and transport performance. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the transport division. Key responsibilities include: Design and implement strategies to maintain regulatory compliance, including permits, fatigue requirements, and audits Manage Safe Loading Plans and enhance compliance and accreditation processes Lead driver training, coaching, and performance management programs Serve as the key point of contact between drivers, supervisors, customers, and leadership Track fleet performance metrics to boost efficiency and reduce costs Deliver proactive safety programs and risk mitigation initiatives Champion a safety-first culture aligned with fatigue and workplace safety standards Drive continuous improvement across all fleet operations Profile The successful candidate will be a confident leader with strong operational and compliance expertise within a transport or logistics environment.
