Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Location: Sydney-Wide / Hybrid / Field-Based Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 Super (OTE) About the Opportunity An established and highly regarded exhibition and events services company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join its growing Sydney-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in the exhibitions, trade shows, or events industry to take ownership of revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and drive new business across Australia. The company delivers end-to-end exhibition solutions, from creative design and stand construction through to logistics, installation, and on-site project management, servicing clients across multiple industries nationwide. The Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving consistent revenue growth. You will work closely with internal design and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands the exhibitions landscape and can confidently engage with marketing managers, event managers, and business owners.
