About the Role We're looking for a Talent Specialist with proven experience recruiting in trades, construction or mining. This role suits someone who understands the pace of industrial recruitment - last-minute fills, mobilisation deadlines, compliance requirements and the reality of site-driven demand. You'll manage a busy desk where priorities can shift quickly, and where your ability to deliver matters. You'll have the autonomy to run your desk, build strong client partnerships and keep candidates working, with a supportive team around you. What You'll Do Fill critical roles fast Source and place skilled trades and site-based workers across active projects and shutdowns. Manage mobilisation and compliance Coordinate tickets, licences, medicals and onboarding to keep placements site-ready. Partner with clients on workforce needs Stay close to project pipelines, labour forecasts and changing requirements. Keep talent working Maintain strong candidate relationships and consistent redeployment. Grow your desk Identify opportunities within existing and new clients to expand your portfolio.
