Corporate Concierge: JRM is looking for a Corporate Concierge to join the Client Services team for a large financial institution in Melbourne's CBD. You will be the face of the company and the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service by managing all internal and external visitors, maintaining high levels of security, including allocating temporary access passes to visitors and ensuring all passes are returned. This role requires availability for 38 hours per week Monday-Friday in an ongoing capacity. Your Skills & Experience: Concierge and/or reception experience either in a corporate head office or a high-end hotel Leadership or supervisory experience is well regarded Exceptional communication and customer service skills Patient and considerate towards customers and internal and external visitors or stakeholders High level of organisation and time management skills Excellent computer skills (knowledge of visitor management software is a bonus!)
