Your role will centre on forestry projects that pull greenhouse gases from the atmosphere, ensuring they run smoothly, and that they remain viable. The Role In your first 12 months, you'll manage the technical lifecycle of high-value Human Induced Regeneration (HIR) Projects. Using GIS and Remote Sensing techniques you'll guide them through the measurement, reporting and verification stage of the lifecycle, and into audit. You'll also play a role in a slate of upcoming Savanna Burn projects, managing feasibility assessments and project registration. Longer term, there's a strong culture of promoting from within. For the right person, there's very real opportunity to step into a leadership position. Key Skills/Experience: You'll be a carbon project specialist, who understands the integrity of ACCUs is built on data. To succeed you'll bring: Technical Toolbelt: Proficiency in FullCAM and GIS (QGIS or ArcGIS) Method Knowledge: Previous exposure to HIR, Environmental Planting, or Savanna Fire Management.
