Description We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Manager in Sydney to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, compliant and customer‑focused contract outcomes. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you’ll help deliver high‑quality services that support essential operational infrastructure across our client portfolio. Please note that this is a 12-month max term contract. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Leading day‑to‑day contract performance to ensure service delivery, operations, and KPIs are consistently met. Developing strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to support long‑term contract success. Managing financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and commercial obligations to drive sustainable business outcomes. Providing supportive leadership to your team, empowering them through coaching, development and a collaborative “One Team” culture. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and business growth within the contract. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in contract management within facilities management or a comparable service‑based environment. Strong commercial, financial and analytical capability, including budget management and reporting. Demonstrated ability to lead teams with empathy, clarity, and a commitment to development and continuous improvement. Highly developed communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to navigate complex priorities in a dynamic environment.
