The Opportunity As our Adelaide office goes from strength to strength and will experience significant growth in 2026, we are looking for additional support in our administration team. This is a split role that will work across Corporate Administration , while also supporting te am a dministration in the region. Your primary role will be Corporate Administrator , where you will play a key role in the coordination of activities and processes which support the objectives of our Adelaide office . As the ‘go to’ person for a range of corporate queries and a connector for many. With a team approach, responsibilities will include: Oversee corporate services and office coordination activities, maintaining relationships with building stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers. Lead front of house operations. Organise and support delivery of internal and external events and office activities. Coordinate general office needs, including supplies, kitchen requirements, meeting spaces, and day to day facility functions. Provide administrative and technical support, including basic IT coordination, document preparation, and troubleshooting. Support training, onboarding, and health, safety, and wellbeing requirements, including assisting with audits and compliance activities. Contribute to financial and budget-related processes through supplier and invoice coordination. Work collaboratively with colleagues, managing personal workflow while contributing to team priorities and shared objectives . About you You’ll enjoy providing great customer service, proactively anticipating and responding to requests – seeing what needs doing and making it happen. Your broad administrative skills will include Microsoft Office skills at intermediate level, and you’ll be comfortable learning and exploring new technology and systems. Your positive, cheerful ‘can-do’ attitude means you are flexible to support different tasks and your passion for helping people will help you make things happen.
