This contact centre role will involve : Working in a high volume call centre environment where extensive training will be invested in you A four-week training program to set you up for success. Managing clinic bookings like a scheduling superhero Dealing with multiple CRM systems and navigating through tabs Handling appointment requests like a pro — fast, accurate, and always helpful Responding to urgent requests with calm, care, and confidence Linking up with other offices to make sure nobody gets left behind Giving customers and clients the info they need — where to go, what to expect, and what’s next Keeping things moving smoothly so customers aren’t stuck waiting Sharing info with key staff and the wider team (teamwork = dreamwork) Knowing your stuff so you can answer questions like a boss Staying sharp and learning new things to help out even more Keeping records accurate and up to date — always Completing admin bits with care and attention (yes, details matter!)
