GovTEAMS, a comprehensive whole-of-government collaboration service for the Australian Public Service. GovLINK, a secure inter-agency communication service that encrypts all nominated traffic, classified up to the PROTECTED level, between agency internet gateways. The key duties of the position include ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES GovAI Program Support Officer Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and emerging technologies? GovAI is seeking a versatile and motivated Program Support Officer to help drive the successful delivery of AI initiatives across government. Your work will help shape how the APS adopts, governs, and benefits from artificial intelligence. In this role, you will: Provide high-quality program support across planning, coordination, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Support procurement and contract management activities in line with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs), ensuring efficient and compliant engagement of vendors and partners. Work closely with project teams, legal advisors, finance, communications, and technical experts to ensure cohesive and well-coordinated program outcomes. Contribute to risk management, continuous improvement, and program planning activities to support effective delivery of the GovAI roadmap. We're looking for a proactive and experienced Service Desk Lead to guide our frontline support team and ensure a seamless user experience for thousands of users across Australia in GovTEAMS Official and Protected. In this role, you will: Lead and mentor a team of service desk analysts, fostering a high-performing and customer-centric culture. Oversee day-to-day operations of the GovTEAMS service desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues. Monitor service levels, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance support delivery. Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and stakeholders to escalate and resolve complex issues. Contribute to knowledge base development, training materials, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
