About the role This position sits within our Before Blue team. Before Blue is a trusted mental health solution for Australian workplaces, developed by Beyond Blue and backed by over a decade of real-world results. As a Team Leader, this hands-on leadership role, you’ll balance people leadership with operational excellence — from coaching and development, to analysing service data, improving processes, and ensuring every participant has a safe, high‑quality experience. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Before Blue, Operations Manager and Before Blue Team Lead to drive innovation, strengthen service outcomes, and support the growth of Beyond Blue’s workplace mental health offerings. To be successful, you’ll bring: Experience leading teams, scheduling and workforce planning in a fast‑paced service environment. Strong understanding of service delivery models and forecasting. Advanced Excel and confidence with MS Office, Jira and SharePoint. Excellent organisation, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills. A creative, solutions‑focused and collaborative approach. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or interest in the mental health or healthcare sector (desirable).
