We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join their team in Eagleby. This full-time role is responsible for coordinating the service department, scheduling technicians, and ensuring clients are kept informed while supporting the smooth and efficient operations of HVAC services. Responsibilities: This position will see you responsible for the following: Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to client sites Liaise with clients to coordinate service requirements and site visits Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion and provide status updates Maintain accurate records of service activities, assets and contracts Order parts, assist with basic quoting, and support complex quotes with management Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues as required Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction Perform the operational functions of a Service Manager (excluding technical field support and lead generation, unless desired) Benefits This position provides an opportunity to join a great team, who are passionate about delivering high quality work for their clients.
