The Role End-to-end management of an existing residential portfolio (approximately 180 properties) Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships Oversee maintenance, arrears, lease renewals, and compliance Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections Work closely with leasing and accounts teams for seamless portfolio management The Person Proven experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager Confident managing a full portfolio independently Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act Current Certificate of Registration or Licence (essential) Organised, professional, and solutions-focused The Perks Walk into a ready-made portfolio Strong internal support structure Stable role with long-term security Supportive leadership and collaborative team Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
