About the Opportunity As a Technology GRC Reporting Analyst, you will help drive data‑informed decision‑making across the Technology GRC function and the wider Service Assurance & Enablement team. Reporting to the Manager Technology GRC, you will produce high‑quality governance and operational reporting, insightful analysis, and effective dashboards that support compliance, risk management, performance monitoring, and financial forecasting. You will work closely with senior leaders, Technology Finance, Vendor Management, and Service Assurance teams to deliver accurate and timely insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. Key duties include (but not limited to): Deliver accurate, timely reporting on obligation compliance, technology control effectiveness, risk posture, and audit or remediation activities. Provide high‑quality governance and operational analysis, preparing clear, actionable insights for senior leadership that identifies trends, risks, compliance issues, and improvement opportunities. Integrate and analyse data from multiple systems, including GRC platforms, ITSM tools, and other technology data sources—to support informed decision‑making. Produce insights that influence compliance reporting, technology risk metrics, SLAs, service performance, KPIs, control effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives. Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards that support decision‑making across Technology SLT and Service Assurance & Enablement, including stakeholder training and support. Develop and maintain forecasting and reporting tools in partnership with Technology Finance and Vendor Management to support budgets, contract performance, and supplier oversight. Support oversight and assurance through effective tracking and reporting of risks, issues, control maturity, remediation progress, and management action plans. Collaborate and partner with cross‑functional teams including Technology GRC, Service Assurance & Enablement, Line 2 Risk & Compliance, Finance, Vendor Management, and Technology SLT. About you You’re a detail‑driven and analytical professional who excels at turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. With a strong grounding in data analytics, information systems, business, computer science or a related field, you bring both technical capability and a solid understanding of assurance, governance, risk, and compliance. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and can produce accurate analysis and executive‑ready reporting and presentations Have strong understanding of GRC practices, including 3LoD model. Have strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices. Can develop dashboards and performance reports that clearly communicate insights to senior stakeholders Communicate complex information simply and effectively, both in writing and verbally Have experience working with cross‑functional teams such as risk & compliance, finance, vendor management and technology leadership Hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Desirable: Recognised GRC Certification (e.g. CRISC, CISM). Certification in data analytics or business intelligence tools ((e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Analytics) Knowledge of IT security management frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST). Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Previous experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
