We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our professional kitchen team. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare, cook and present menu items in line with recipes, portion control and presentation standards Manage a section during service and ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with menu planning, daily specials and seasonal updates Supervise and support cooks and kitchen hands Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and ensure proper stock rotation Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes leaving the kitchen Assist with prep planning and service coordination Manage food dockets/tickets to ensure timely service Maintain a clean and organised kitchen at all times About You: Proven experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant, pub or seafood venue Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment Reliable, organised and a team player Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays If you believe you are a suitable candidate and are looking to join a reputable and dynamic venue, we encourage you to apply.
