Job Description We are currently seeking a Part-Time Commis Chef to join our professional and energetic kitchen team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic hotel food and beverage operation, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, while helping to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and present menu items with creativity and consistency, while adhering to cost controls Maintain strict stock rotation procedures and minimise waste Ensure all kitchen and work areas are kept clean, organised, and hygienic Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning as required Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and serviced, reporting any issues to the Head Chef
