We are seeking skilled CNC Laser Cutter Operators with industrial assembly experience to join our client's friendly and collaborative team in Granville. The successful candidate will work collaboratively on the production line, utilizing various tools and equipment to manufacture products to the highest technical standards. A desire to work with your hands coupled with hand and power tool experience, and good mechanical aptitude are the keys to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to efficiently assemble products. Utilize CNC Laser Cutters, hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic machines, such as drills, rivet guns, and strapping machines. Adhere to technical standards for acoustic, fire, and safety requirements. Work effectively within various teams, following established procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and hit production targets. Conduct quality assurance checks and identify unacceptable products. Cleaning and other general hand activities will be expected. Proficiency with CNC Laser Cutters is essential, and CNC Turret Punch and CNC Brake Press experience are both highly regarded. A forklift license is desirable. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role operating CNC Laser Cutters is essential. The ability to interpret drawings and envisage fold sequencing is essential. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong verbal communication skills.
