The Opportunity: Are you ready to take the next step in your operations career? We're looking for a motivated and hands‑on Team Leader – Sorting to lead our Yennora Sorting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an internal team member who knows our environment, lives our values, and is passionate about safety, customer service and continuous improvement. As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and high‑quality processing of cylinders and packs, supporting our customers and helping drive the performance of the Yennora site. This role is ideal for someone with strong operations experience, leadership capability, and a drive to support and develop people. What You'll Be Doing: Lead, coach and motivate a team of Operators to achieve safety, quality and productivity targets Coordinate daily workflow in the Sorting area, ensuring correct prioritisation and efficient processing of cylinders and pallets Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership, hazard reporting and WHS compliance Ensure team training, competency and performance requirements are met, including managing leave, timesheets and overtime Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting internal and external customer needs Coordinate plant and equipment maintenance and support continuous improvement activities using LEAN principles Uphold all aspects of the Coregas CMS, GMP and quality standards, contributing to audit readiness and compliance What You'll Bring: Strong operational experience, ideally within the gas industry (test station signatory experience desirable) Proven leadership capability and confidence managing teams in a fast‑paced environment A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement Experience with scheduling, work allocation and cost‑centre management Sound knowledge of dangerous goods and WHS requirements Solid computer literacy and ability to work within business systems Forklift licence (required) Personal Attributes That Will Help You Succeed: Strong technical and operational understanding Commercial awareness and sound decision‑making High accountability, attention to detail and strong performance focus Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the site A genuine customer‑first mindset Why This Is a Great Step: Opportunity to expand your leadership capabilities Work closely with the Yennora Leadership Team Contribute directly to operational performance and customer outcomes Be part of a high‑impact, high‑visibility role on site How To Apply: If you're ready to take the next step in your Coregas career, we want to hear from you.
