Expression of Interest Development & Construction Administrator Sunshine Coast | Full-Time A growing residential construction business on the Sunshine Coast will be looking to appoint a Development & Construction Administrator in the coming months and is inviting expressions of interest ahead of the formal recruitment process. This will be a full-time, office-based role. Were seeking a capable, process-driven construction administrator who understands how projects move from enquiry through to handover — and enjoys keeping everything structured and controlled. The role will involve: Managing new client enquiries through a customised Zoho CRM system Coordinating qualification and Director meetings Maintaining accurate weekly pipeline reporting Issuing and tracking contracts Monitoring permits and compliance milestones Ensuring drafting and estimating documentation is received and filed Supporting the development and build process administratively Coordinating invoicing and tracking variations Preparing complete handover packs Ensuring all required certificates and compliance documentation are obtained This is a hands-on doer role — not a strategic management position. It suits someone who enjoys execution, accuracy and maintaining process integrity within a growing builder environment. The CRM system (Zoho) is customised and evolving. Strong experience using Zoho is important, along with confidence in maintaining data integrity and structured workflows.
