This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to three senior executives within a dynamic and fast-paced investment management environment. About the Role Supporting three high-level executives your responsibilities will include: Heavy email and diary management across multiple senior leaders Managing SharePoint sites and online filing systems Coordinating meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders, including agenda prep, materials distribution, minute taking and tracking action items Taking high-quality meeting minutes Coordinating travel arrangements, flights, and accommodation in line with company policy Processing expenses on behalf of senior leaders Managing purchase orders, invoices, new supplier setups and Capex requests Providing first-level troubleshooting support to senior stakeholders Formatting and coordinating Investment Committee and Board papers Producing polished presentations, reports, letters, agendas and minutes in accordance with style guidelines Assisting with staff onboarding and offboarding processes Building strong relationships within the wider EA/PA community About You Proven experience supporting senior executives in a PA/EA capacity Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities High-level communication and exceptional professionalism A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels A collaborative, reliable and service-driven approach Please apply directly or email ursula.campos@accountability.com.au
