The Role:The Customer Service Specialist – Shell Card is an exciting entry point into a large national organisation. You’ll gain hands on experience supporting business customers, solving real problems and building the professional skills that set you up for long term career growth. Responsibilities: First point resolution for Shell Card customer enquiries Outstanding customer experiences across phone and email channels Ownership of customer issues through to resolution within agreed timeframes Promotion and troubleshooting of self-service functionality Upsell of Shell Card customer value propositions and offers Accurate record keeping within CRM systems Achievement of individual KPIs and performance targets Collaboration with internal teams to support customer and business outcomes Shift times include: 11:00am – 7:00pm and 12:00pm – 8:00PM What We Offer: Join a high-performing team within a leading Australian retail organisation recognised for innovation and progressive thinking.
