ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for handling all front of house requirements for Retail, Internal and Warranty work. YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION; Scheduling service appointments and managing fleet and retail customers for Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars Utilising DMS (ERA) proficiently and accurately Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations WE ARE LOOKING FOR; A Dealership experienced Service Advisor and/or Service Receptionist Technical background preferred, but not essential Energy, commitment and team work Full Australian Drivers Licence Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills A strong communicator who takes ownership and control of the customer How to APPLY - Via the APPLY now tab (CV preferably in WORD format).
