Casual opportunity Collaborative and innovative working environment Join a school committed to student and staff wellbeing About the role Leading independent girls’ school, Camberwell Girls Grammar School, presents an opportunity for an inspiring Low Brass specialist to join our staff from Term 2, 2026. This is a casual position (comprising approximately 5 hours per week) and applicants are required to be available on Thursdays. Based in our Junior School, you will be responsible for teaching private music classes, directing our Brass Ensemble and teaching Low Brass (Trombone, Euphonium and Tuba) in our Years 5 & 6 Band Programs. The successful applicant must be appropriately qualified and able to teach Low Brass to a range of musicians, from beginner to advanced level. CGGS teachers have an excellent understanding of effective pedagogical practices and contemporary learning design with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for girls' education is essential for your success. About you Demonstrated experience teaching beginner to advanced level Low Brass students Low Brass expertise in Trombone, Euphonium and Tuba.
